Forms not loading in Sharepoint

Hi,

I'm having issues with forms loading in my SharePoint site using Edge.  Create the form, copy link and insert a new webpart and all I see is a loading message; I've tried refreshing the page and restarting.  It works fine in Chrome with no issues.

If I complete the form in Chrome, then open my Edge browser and refresh the page, i will see the "thank you for submitting your response" message.  But will not load the actual form for completion

Is there a known issue with this on the Edge browser?
