Following People
With the newsfeed capability being phased out since last month, how would we know follow people in SharePoint online. Microsoft documentation still outlines a few steps that would relay on the Newsfeed feature or doing a People Search and then hovering your mouse over the user's card so you can follow him/her (I don't see that option when searching for people). We are not using Yammer at this point, Thank you
- AFAIK, Microsoft has not provided a replacement to the classic Follow feature you have described and I have not heard about plans to provide such replacement soon
- Thank you so it seems as of now with native SharePoint Online features we cannot follow people anymore just web sites and documents. It seems then we would have to focus on Yammer to be able in following people going forward.
