Finding all of the shares in a doct library and then changing them from "Edit" share to "Read"

Question

Hi&nbsp;I have a document library with a number of shares.&nbsp;Due to an incorrect setting in the tenant admin (default sharing was set to "Edit" not "Read") these shares are "Edit" rather than "Read" (Interesting side note - although users only have read access, they can share with "Edit" rights !).&nbsp;How can I 1) find out what / who all of the shares are. &nbsp;&nbsp; 2) Change these shares from "Edit" to "Read"&nbsp;&nbsp;Thanks&nbsp;Nigel

So does anyone know a way of converting SHares with "Edit" permissions to shares with "Read" permissions ?
