File Viewer web part displaying PDF low resolution

Hi,

 

anyone else experience issues when displaying a PDF file with the file viewer web part, we get so low resolution on images in the PDF so it cannot be used to display PDF files. Any setting I'm missing?

    Ufff, as far as I know there is not any setting you can modify in Office 365 in regards of PDF resolution in the File Viewer. I would recommend here to open a support ticket reporting this issue.

      thanks for the reply, yes I think I will go ahead and do that. I will post the response on here if anyone else experience the same issue.

        Martin Sagerstrand did you get a resolution to this issue? WE have just found that guys uploading their engineering drawings don't have great resolution on their pdf documents.
