extract all users "MyLinks" from SharePoint 2013 to excel

Hi,

We migrated from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online.

The only thing I can't get is the "MyLinks" of the users since it is not a list but a weird URL : https://<site>/_layouts/15/MyQuickLinks.aspx

 

Any idea how can I get it? I'm the SP admin of our environment
