External user document library issues
In our SharePoint online site Document library has 10 documents. Also we have added a External user, in this external user has "Contribute" permission level.
He can access this document library but access only 5 documents. I am not sure why this external user cannot access another 5 document.
Where we have made the mistake?
Hi Jeyganesh, in the document library click the 3 dots next to each document and select Manage Access and make sure the external user is shown with Edit permissions.
