External user document library issues
In our SharePoint online site Document library has 10 documents. Also we have added a External user, in this external user has "Contribute" permission level. He can access this document library ...
Hi Jeyganesh, in the document library click the 3 dots next to each document and select Manage Access and make sure the external user is shown with Edit permissions.

My Question is we already provided the contribute permission for the whole library.
so why we need to provide each document permission to the external user?
