External sharing get a lot of deny permissions

Question

I have given an external user edit permissions on a site and when checking permissions it got a lot of deny on it.

Were do they come from?

The user can now access the page but not the doc lib.

I saw somebody with the same problem but for him it was sharing domain restrictions. I got no sharing restrictions by domains

ShareP1610&nbsp;There is also a domain restriction setting under active sites.&nbsp;Mark your site and click sharing in column headers.&nbsp;&nbsp;And you will find domain restrictions there as well&nbsp;
