Excel Online Query gives External Link error

Please please help. Have an Excel file with Query to table inside file. So not going external. When I upload to Sharepoint to doc folder where I have full access (I created the folder) the Data Update all on web works. When I upload file to another Sharepoint Doc folder where I am only a guest, it gives me External source error. If i then log in as one of that specific domain users it works perfectly!!….. I can as a guess go to the query and press the update little wheel and it works, its just an issue if I press the Data Update All button. I am so confused. Sat for two hours today just to find out why it is happening.
