Etag error when deleting a file in Content Approval workflow

Hi 

I have created a content approval workflow in the default SharePoint Document library. 

Steps to replicate:

1. I uploaded a document, and it was approved.

2. I then updated the document, and the status was changed to pending.

3. I am unable to delete the document. I get the error below.

4. If I go to quick edit, I can delete the document. I cannot delete it in normal mode with the button and the context menu. Please advise.
