Error folling Adaptive Data Extension tutorial

I'm using the Microsoft tutorial for active data cards. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/dev/spfx/viva/get-started/advanced-card-view-functionality

I'm getting the below error.

I've followed the instructions perfectly, why am I getting this error?
