This isn't an OVH DNS issue — *.sharepoint.com is Microsoft-owned and hosted on Microsoft's nameservers, so your zone can't break it; Exchange still working confirms your DNS is fine. Microsoft documents this exact error as an expired SharePoint/OneDrive subscription check M365 admin center > Billing > Your products for the subscription status, and ask OVH (a CSP reseller) whether your M365 licences renewed alongside the hosting. Act fast: data in a suspended subscription can be permanently deleted after ~90 days, and repurchasing the same product within that window usually restores everything automatically.
