Eenforce sensitivity label automaticaly to sharepoint library when created

Hi

I'd like to enforce sensitivity label automaticaly to sharepoint document  library when created . Actually the sensitivity is set up to None but we 'd like to set up automatically to internal when a new library is created ( from a team spo or a communication spo ).

Any idea how to achieve that ?
