Edit SharePoint list column number with JSON

Hi to all,

I am new to JSON and customization the sharepoint with it, up today I always find a piece of code somewhere and change it to my needs, but this time I cannot find anything I could use.

I need number (or text, it acually does not matter), but the result should look like:
They will type number 1 and it changes the format to 000.001 - my customer want it to look that way because he is used to have his order number looked like this and we are talking about SPO List.
