Edit Column Conditional Formula, get Blank in member

Hi All,

I have issue with edit column in Share point. I just make a conditional formula for my column. as below here:

I just edit the column by account owner.

the edit forms as below as owner:

but, in account member is blank. no show edit form:

I get no idea for this issue, 😞

does anyone had any same issue ? please advice
