Download button is enabled after click Action button Link?!

Hi All,

 I have set the  "Search and offline availability"  to No at site level and document library level.

At the beginning, the download button is disappeared by default.

Once I clicked Action Link and then download is appeared again.

Does it as a bug?

Please advice.

    I missed that part but the answer is the same...there is not a setting in SPO to hide the download option. The only thing you can do to prevent documents downloads is:
    (1) Try to block the download by means of permissions, something that does not work very well
    (2) Since we are talking about SPO, then invest on Azure AIP

      That's what I thought, but actually if you look at Microsoft documentation that one is supposed to prevent downloading, the prevent sync is in advanced settings in the library settings :P.
