Download button is enabled after click Action button Link?!

- I missed that part but the answer is the same...there is not a setting in SPO to hide the download option. The only thing you can do to prevent documents downloads is:
(1) Try to block the download by means of permissions, something that does not work very well
(2) Since we are talking about SPO, then invest on Azure AIP
That setting is for hiding the sync option, no the Download one
That's what I thought, but actually if you look at Microsoft documentation that one is supposed to prevent downloading, the prevent sync is in advanced settings in the library settings :P.
