Document type
When you save a Word document in SharePoint, the webbrowser requires you to choose the document type. You can choose between "Migration Document" or "Document". What is the difference?

- This suggests that whoever created the document library has created a Content Type called 'Migration Document' and added that to the library (Content Type 'Document' is the default). I would contact the person who created your site/library for confirmation.
