Document Set: Uploading document does not take into account the authorized content type

Hi, 

I've set the list of content types allowed for a document set content type. When, in the document set, I click New, I see the authorized content types. However, If I upload a document, it will apply the library defaut content type (Even if this content type is not in the document set authorized content types list).

Is this the normal behaviour?
