Document preview unresponsive when hovering over page arrows

Has anyone noticed that when previewing an office document in a modern document library, using Chrome or Firefox, if you hover over the page arrows at the bottom it causes that tab to lock up and become unresponsive?  We have tried this across multiple computers with the same results.

I have noticed this on Word and Powerpoint documents.

Using Chrome version 73.0.3683.103 and Firefox 66.0.2
