Document name icon? What is this?
I noticed an "icon" appear beside a document name in a modern document library. I haven't seen it before and want to know what it means. My first thought was it is a file I have downloaded...

Thanks Pieter. That makes sense now. Although these were copied from another library and then modified. I have performed the same action today with two more documents and the icon isn't present. I assume the icon appears after a periodic indexing or something similar.
