Document Management System with hard copy documents

Hi All,

We have requirements where the

• the client has a file share where users stores their physical hard copy documents and store in the file share.   
• They use hard paper-based copies and soft copies for their environment for their current operational and compliance purposes. 
•  They have Office 365 subscription and indent to move all file share files, documents to SharePoint Online. 
•  Q: Which 3rd party tool can we use to hard paper-based documents that can be used in SharePoint Online? 
  
  Has anyone good experience 3rd party add-ins such as
  • KnowledgeLake
  • Websio  
  • ccScan
  • Ephesoft
