Document Library - New Default File Types
As an Office 365 admin for a large organization, some users are reporting errors when loading content from the document library web part. I have tried to replicate this problem in my standard and admin account, but, can't seem to.
Does anybody encounter the error when loading the content from the document library web part - some users encounter the error "the action couldn't be performed because Office doesn't recognize the command it was given."
I have attached a screenshot. This error happens when there are documents in a document library then referenced in a document library web part. This issue seems to be peculiar to some users.
- Have not seen this one myself? What's the difference between your setup and the setup of the users having the problem? I'm specifically thinking on the browser being used, permissions the users have in SPO, etc
