Document ID gone in quickparts after enable other columns

Hello MS/SP Experts

I was setting up my document templates and tagging columns in quickparts.

I just noticed that Document ID Value gone after adding existing columns and cannot revert it back.

Has everyone experience the same? Any ideas how to revert it back. i tried checked/unchecked Document ID column and republish content types but did not help.
