Well, the solution would be:
Set-SPOTenant -UserVoiceForFeedbackEnabled:$false
Set-SPOTenant -UserVoiceForFeedbackEnabled:$false
Doesn’t work already tried. I found a work around using cssinjector and hiding it’s visability.
