    I have answered my own question and found this resource: https://cloudblogs.microsoft.com/industry-blog/government/2018/09/11/accessibility-conformance-reports/ 

     

    In the blog there is a window to the conformance reports, search under S, Page 2 for SharePoint Online that details WCAG standard testing results.

Just an update to this, its now under S and on Page 3 of the list.
This has been updated: July 23, 2021 for the document "SharePoint Online - Web"
