Deleting Items from Preservation hold library
Hello, I have a client who needs to free up spaces taken mostly by retention. Since he's already backing up and archiving his data, the retention policy in place for the groups 365 is not neede...
Rebecca1805, If you want to delete these files, you can change the retention time of the policy. I believe its not changed yet per problem statement. Once changed, it will take 24 hours to take effect.
