AFAIK, you cannot disable the feature in a given list template, just use or not. What you can do is to disable a specific list template from being used in the tenant

jcgonzalezmartin Thanks. I found the instructions to deactivate certain List templates, and to create custom templates from built-in templates but without the flows.
