Creating customized Alerts

Hey everyone,

 

I am working with a List in sharepoint that is populated by choice fields in which the user can input new information. I would like to create an email alert to myself to know what changes were made and who made them. For now I have only been able to figure out how to create an alert when a change is made, but I have no way of knowing what was changed or by whom.

 

Does anybody know how do get a more customized alert for the changes made to the underlying list?

    Hello,

    You just need to create a Flow in PowerAutomate, I attached the right flow for you.

    "When an item in a SharePoint list is modified send an email"

    Hope this resolve the issue 🙂
