Creating a shortcut from Outlook to Sharepoint
Hi all
We've been trying to create a shortcut to save items from Outlook into a Sharepoint folder. We wanted the link to initially go to the 'Home' folder on the contents list on the left side of the screen, then we could select/navigate on any subfolders underneath to drill down into where to save the Outlook item. Our IT folk said we couldn't do it that way and so created a subfolder under the 'Home' page (called it Donna's Sharepoint folder) and we moved all the other subfolders under Donna's Sharepoint folder (thereby creating sub-subfolders). Once done, we asked IT to create the shortcut from Outlook to Donna's Sharepoint folder but they said they couldn't do it again because Donna's Sharepoint folder is acting like a Home index. They did offer to create separate shortcuts to the sub-subfolders which doesn't really work for us. So, my question, does anyone know how to create a shortcut from Outlook to Donna's Sharepoint folder??
Home
Donna's Sharepoint folder
Sub-subfolder 1
Sub-subfolder 2
Sub-subfolder 3
Thank you in advance and regards
Donna

Hi Sharepointdonna,
You could use Power Automate to export all new emails to SharePoint. The Flow would look like this:
I hope this helps.
