Created Column Format

Hey everyone, I'm building a document library in SharePoint and having some issues with the Created column. I'm trying to have the column showing the year but the only thing I can get it to show is the date like this (January 29th). I would be okay with January 29th, 2024 or MM,DD,YYYY. I just can't get the year to show up at all.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    jnelly05 go to library settings and edit the column. Change the format from Friendly to Standard.

     

    This is the default, friendly, view:

     

     

    Change the display format to Standard:
