Create a Flows in Microsoft List to update expiry date

Hello,

I have been asked to collect all of the companies licensing/ subscriptions and store them in one place as well as getting email notifications.

So I decided to use Lists as it has a clean look and relatively easy to use. I have setup the email notifications but now I have ran into a little problem.

So we have licenses that we own, that expires yearly/ quarterly and monthly. I have a column for the license name, license start date, expiry date, renewal enabled.

I was hoping someone could help me build a flow where the renewal enabled column is set to yes and expiry date is today's date then the expiry date will automatically update.

I know this might turn into a complicated flow so We can just do the monthly licensing. So if a license is set to expiry on 25/03/21 and renewal is Yes then on 25/03/21 it will automatically change to 25/04/21.
