create a dashboard showing each

I have a SharePoint list containing all employee's time attendance. I need to create a dashboard showing each employee's time reporting hours within a specific time period for view(On the list have User and actual hours ). My Office 365 license does not have Power BI. What is the best way to do this?

    Mihiranp have you got Power Apps? If so that would be a good way to build it as you don't have access to Power BI.
