Copy Link Issue

Dear All,

 

Does anyone of you face before to click Copy Link button and it prompted the message 'Unable to reach the server right now. Please try it again'?

What's the root cause to have this symptoms?

    This migth be a temporary issue in the modern experience in your tenant. When this happens:
    1) Refresh the browser and try again
    2) Access to the site using an inprivate browser
    3) Use different browsers

      thanks for your guidance.

      Currently it's still under investigation. Most probably her local machine has WiFi network connectivity problem at that time. That's why she got this problem.
