Contenttype i document library duplicated
In SharePoint Online I've saved a TeamSite as site template.
In the site I've added a custom content type (defined (as derived from Document) in cuntenttypehub and published) to the std document library and removed the default Document content, and also added a second document library with the same changes as the default doc.lib, but with another custom content type.
When I create a new site based on this site template the document libraries get the content types duplicated.
Why?
How to fix?

- In general, avoid to use the OOB save as template feature available in SPO just to limit this side effects....if you want to create sites based on a template, I recommend you to take a look at the PnP project
