"Connect to Outlook" is grey out in MAC while working on Windows machine

I have added a Calendar app to our modern team site inside SharePoint online:-

now using my windows 10 machine and using Edge or Firefox browsers i am able to sync the Calendar with outlook using the "Connect to outlook" button:-

but inside my MAC machine, the button will be gray out:-

is there a way to make this working on MAC?
