Connect-SPOService | MFA/Oauth 2.0 Failure

Has anyone ever had issues using connect-sposervice and not being able to authenticate via MFA in ps? I get an error that states that OAuth 2.0 couldn't authenticate. On the documentation it says if you run into this to create a registry key that allows MFA but that doesn't work either. I've attached screenshots that depict that I've confirmed that it doesn't work even with the registry keep suggested workaround. I am making sure to use the -admin sharepoint URL as well.
