Conditional Formatting - Before/After specific dates

Hi,

I am trying to set up some conditional formatting on MS Lists based on having a target date and a resolved date field.  

If the actual date is before or on the target date then highlight the data green in the 'target date' cell.

If the actual date is after the target date then highlight the 'target date' cell red. 

If a date is then entered into the 'date resolved' cell which is before/on the target date the 'target date' and 'date resolved' cells should be highlighted green.

If a date is entered into the 'date resolved' column which is after the target date then the 'target date' cell and the 'date resolve cells' should be highlighted red.
