Compatibility issue with Chrome and 'Make "New Folder" command'
In the new Modern Library UI, a user has the ability to create new folders even if the library setting "Make New Folder Command Available?" is set to No. In IE, the functionality is correct. Please could you make this functionality work in Chrome?
