Column "Item" does not apply the changes.

Recently I started to create some lists that I have on old sharepoint Pages on a Modern Pages.

All lists that we created have a default column name "Item". I have readed on some forums how can I hide or delete this column. Delete is not possible as I can see. But when I try to hidden or transform this column on optional looks like that the permission that a I have defined is not apply to this column.

Someone had this issue or have a tip  about how to change this?
