I also contacted the support team about this a couple of days ago but they only tried to blame my formatting which has been working flawlessly for several years. Not until I gave them a link to this post they admitted there could be an issue. 😆
This also seem to have affected Power Automate triggers. I had some Power Automate flows connected to several libraries through formatted buttons and figured out which library the flow was triggered from by reading Entity/itemUrl from the trigger. This is no longer possible since only site name and document Guid is included.
