Choice column - have any limits changed
We have a document library we've been using for quite a while now that has, among others, a choice column. In the past we've been able to select as many options as we need from this column without hi...
I've checked the settings and there are no limits set on the column. We have entries in the list that have well over the 255 character limit, but can no longer edit them without running into this error.
We tried opening a support call with Microsoft but were told that a choice column is a single line of text in the background and therefore has the same limits. They could not explain how we were previously able to save more than 255 characters.
