https://www.gopromotional.co.uk/ @Go to the SharePoint site containing the list for which you want to modify columns.
- Navigate to the list and click on the gear icon (Settings) and then click on "List settings".
- Under the "Columns" section, click on the column name you want to modify.
- In the column settings page, find the "Require that this column contains information" option and toggle it on or off based on your requirement.
- Click "OK" to save the changes.
- Repeat the process for each column you want to modify.

Without having to manually change each of them, I would like to change this setting so that they are no longer required.
