Do you have to be a team owner to view items in a SharePoint list if that list is in a Teams site?
Hi, a colleagues of mine is having issues seeing the items in a SharePoint list. They have edit access to this list but are unable to see any entries in the "All Items" view. The "All Items" view doesn't have any filters applied to it either. They only see the column names and the list items aren't visible to them. They have refreshed their cache and cookies, signed out and back in to SharePoint, restarted their device, used Chrome and Edge but they still can't see any list items. The SharePoint list is on a Teams site and this colleague is not a part of that team. There is another colleague that is a Member of that team and has edit access to the same list and they are having the same issue.

the issue with the list was fixed by changing the item-level permissions in the Advanced Settings to Read all items

I've applied both solutions but the issue still persists. Any new idea on how to solve this??

is your list nearing or greater than 5000 entries? that can be problematic IME
- A couple of things to check:
- In List Settings > Versioning, are minor / major versions enabled?
- Are the items Checked Out?- Deleted

For me the same issue was resolved by disabling "Offline Client Availability" in List Settings -> Advanced Options
