Can't save pages/libraries

Hi,

I've got a big problem since Friday morning on several sites. I can't save  modifications on pages/libraries/webparts....

I got this message in french: "

L’élément ne peut pas être modifié, car le site est bloqué, ou une stratégie de rétention lui est appliquée." => 

 

The item can not be edited because the site is blocked, or a retention policy is applied to it.

 

Could you help please, cause I don't know where to begin

    Hi Elisabet HOIJER

    Are you a Site Collection Administrator or SharePoint Administrator? Or a Site Owner? The answer may depend on what level of access you have.

    It looks to me like someone has a set a retention policy ('classification policy') set in the Office 365 Security and Compliance Centre (under Classifications) to the library or libraries. Or possibly another policy.

    To check if it's a library policy, go to the Library Settings and see if there is anything under 'Apply a label to items in this library'. This may be your first clue.

    If nothing there, and you have Site Collection Admin rights, check to see if a Site Policy has been applied.
