Cannot scroll down in PDF file
When opening a PDF file with multiple on SharePoint Online, scrolling down is not possible. Only after a browser refresh all the pages are accessible. What could be the reason for this?

- chevysandsCopper ContributorThis worked for me. With pdf open from the SharePoint site, refresh the page and should be able to scroll the multiple pages.

chevysands Refreshing the page did not address the issue for me. The only way I can move to the next page is using the arrows at the bottom of the page
or the scroll bar on the side, which I can barely see anymore because it's suddenly all in black.

chevysands works here also. It is not a bug, it is a feature... Looks like something to do with cached sessioncredentials. Tried to play with this but this is frustrating the users.... Problem is with all the browsers for the same users who is having this problem (on the same device)

Thanks for the info on the cached session credentials.
Not a very useful feature, Microsoft!

KarelDesmet - I just started having this same issue. I noticed that I can scroll through multi-page word and excel files from a SharePoint library, but not multi-page pdfs.
