Can we get specific IP ranges for SharePoint online domain or specific site

Hi, 

Can we get specific IP ranges for SharePoint online domain or specific site to allow it from any on-premise servers/firewall? Basically I am trying to use JIRA data center APIs from SharePoint online custom web part and JIRA data center IT team is asking for specific IP ranges that they can allow from their end and they are not comfortable to allow all IP ranges which are mentioned in below article.
