Can move SharePoint list items to folders in a list, but not back to root of list with Move To

- Same. I tried using Power Automate as well - I could pretty easily create a new item with the same values, but couldn't copy/move a list item, or update the path. Hopefully someone else chimes in to help you.
There is a setting in the advanced settings of the sharepoint list "Make "New Folder" command available?". If this is "No" then no drag and drop ist possible. If it is yes, you can drag and drop, and also there is "Move To" in the context menu of the folder and items.
I think if 'Make "New Folder" command available?' is No, then it's like a set folder hierarchy that is not to be messed with.
