Can move SharePoint list items to folders in a list, but not back to root of list with Move To

- Same. I tried using Power Automate as well - I could pretty easily create a new item with the same values, but couldn't copy/move a list item, or update the path. Hopefully someone else chimes in to help you.
In SPO , open the folder. Select the item and drag it to the path above the list. A simple drag and drop.
