Can Managed Metadata Hierarchy limit inputs
I am new to SharePoint online and using Metadata. I am trying to use Managed Metadata to do cascading limiting of available terms. Example, we are a dealer with many manufactures pieces of equipment. What I would like to do, if is possible, is to limit the available selections under the "Models" column based on what "Make" has been selected in that column. I have created a term set named Manufactures, with manufactures Names at the next level, and under those manufacturer names the models are listed. I have attached a file that probably displays it better than I describe.

Using the classic this was possible with jQuery/ Javascript. With Modern you can try by customizing the forms using powerapps.
- Thank you for the quick response and suggested option! I have not yet learned to use Power Apps beyond the initial training demo. But I will give it a try once I get some more experience with it. :-)
- Unfortunately current implementation of managed metadata in SPO does not allow this
